We are looking for a Marketing Production Manager to help manage the production flow for digital marketing deliverables across paid, social, content, and campaign work.
Position Overview:-
The Marketing Production Manager will support the day-to-day production of digital marketing assets and campaigns. This role is responsible for helping ensure marketing deliverables are properly briefed, organized, tracked, reviewed, approved, and prepared for launch or handoff.
This is a hands-on production role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and comfortable working across strategy, creative, paid media, content, project management, and account teams.
This role is not responsible for defining marketing strategy, owning media buying, or managing the full project plan. Instead, this person owns the production readiness of marketing deliverables — making sure the right information, assets, specs, versions, and approvals are in place so work can move forward smoothly.
Location:-
This role is hybrid, providing some flexibility to work from home. However, candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and be prepared to attend in-person meetings as required. Occasional travel to client sites or workshops may also be necessary.
Requirements:-
Production Coordination:-
- Coordinate the production flow for digital marketing deliverables across paid media, organic social, email, content, landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Help ensure each deliverable has the required brief, copy, creative direction, specs, assets, due dates, and approval path.
- Track production status across active deliverables and flag blockers, missing inputs, or risks.
- Work with project/program teams to keep production work organized and visible in project management tools.
- Help ensure final deliverables are properly prepared for review, client approval, publishing, trafficking, or handoff.
Briefing & Handoff Support:-
- Turn approved campaign direction, content plans, or strategy inputs into clear production briefs.
- Support brief development for social posts, paid ads, carousels, reels, display assets, landing pages, emails, and campaign materials.Ensure creative and execution teams receive the required information to produce work accurately.
- Identify unclear or incomplete requests and follow up with the appropriate stakeholders for missing details.
- Help reduce avoidable rework by improving the quality and completeness of production handoff .
Paid & Social Asset Readiness:-
- Support production requirements for paid and organic social assets, including statics, carousels, reels, stories, display ads, video cut downs, and campaign variants.
- Track required formats, versions, placements, dimensions, copy variations, and approval status
- Partner with paid media and creative teams to ensure assets are prepared according to platform requirements.
- Help organize launch-ready asset packages for media execution teams
- Maintain visibility into what is drafted, in review, approved, revised, final, or ready to go live.
Asset & File Management:-
- Help manage asset organization across shared drives, ClickUp, Figma/FigJam, Google Drive, SharePoint, DAMs, and other systems.
- Maintain folder structures, file naming conventions, version tracking, and final asset organization.
- Track source assets, approved assets, client-provided materials, stock assets, and final deliverables.
- Ensure teams can easily find the correct versions and final files.
- Help improve asset intake and handoff processes over time.
QA & Review Preparation:-
- Conduct first-pass checks on production deliverables before internal or client review.
- Confirm assets align with brief requirements, specs, copy, CTA, file format, links, naming conventions, and approval status.
- Prepare organized review packages for internal stakeholders or clients.
- Track requested revisions and ensure updated versions are clearly labelled and shared.
- Flag quality, formatting, or production issues before assets move forward.
Process & Template Support:-
- Help maintain production templates, checklists, trackers, and SOPs.
- Support the creation of repeatable workflows for paid media, social content, creative briefs, campaign assets, and reporting materials.
- Identify recurring production issues and recommend practical improvements.
- Support adoption of workflow tools such as ClickUp, monday.com, Asana, Figma, FigJam, Airtable, or similar systems.
- Help make production work more consistent, organized, and scalable.
What You Bring:-
- 3–6 years of experience in digital production, marketing production, creative coordination, content operations, digital marketing coordination, or a related role.
- Experience supporting digital marketing deliverables such as paid social assets, organic social content, display ads, landing pages, email assets, campaign materials, or content calendars
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, assets, and stakeholders at once
- Comfort working with creative, content, paid media, account, project management, and strategy teams
- Ability to identify missing information, unclear briefs, asset gaps, and production blockersStrong written communication skills
- Familiarity with creative review, approvals, versioning, and digital asset handoff
- A practical, solution-oriented approach to improving workflows
Preferred Experience:-
- Experience in an agency, in-house marketing team, retail, e-commerce, travel, fitness, CPG, financial services, or digital marketing environment.
- Familiarity with paid media and paid social asset requirements.
- Experience with tools such as ClickUp, monday.com, Asana, Jira, Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, SharePoint, Airtable, or DAM platforms.
- Experience supporting always-on social, promotional campaigns, retail campaigns, or performance marketing assets.
- Experience creating or maintaining templates, checklists, production trackers, or SOPs.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content or production workflows is an asset
